No. The member app runs under your brand, your name, your colours, your voice. kaizenwell stays in the wiring, not on the surface.

What do I need to get started? +

A Mindbody account and a staff login. Setup takes about 15 minutes, and your first recommendations arrive the same day, built from your last 90 days of data.

How accurate are the revenue figures? +

They are computed from your own sales and payroll data in Mindbody, revenue per booked spot and instructor cost per session, refreshed continuously. Where live data is incomplete, the figure is flagged as an estimate.

What if I run on something other than Mindbody? +

Mindbody studios onboard first. That is where the deepest integration lives today. Support for other booking platforms arrives in a couple of months, and if you have no booking system yet we can set you up from scratch. Request an invitation anyway and tell us what you run on. We hold your place and reach out the moment your setup is live.

What does it cost? +

The founding cohort joins at a preferred rate that stays with you as we grow. Pricing is discussed on the invitation call and confirmed in writing.
